Report Illegal or Fraudulent Content
In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), Article 16, you may report content you believe to be illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law. This includes counterfeit merchandise imagery processed by our Scanner API, fraudulent trade offers, or any content that violates intellectual-property rights beyond the scope of our DMCA policy.
When submitting a report, please include:
- A description of the content and why you believe it is illegal.
- The URL, API endpoint, or scan-job identifier where the content appears.
- Your name and contact information.
- A statement of good faith that the information provided is accurate.
We will acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and inform you of our decision regarding the reported content without undue delay, in accordance with DSA Art. 17.
